- **Custom Items:** Please note that custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. **Return Shipping Costs:**
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. **Refunds:**
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a 7 business days.
5. **Exchanges:**
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please send us an email and return the item as per the instructions above. Shipping costs for exchanges are also the responsibility of the customer.
6. **Damaged or Defective Items:**
